Personality:Philyra while mature and refined most times, also has a rebellious side, and often, if things are quiet, she will become the rambunctious filly that she had been and kick up her heels. Lyra is friendly, an all around good sport, always willing to help those who need it and basically a good character. Though, if somthing irritates her she can be quiet a fireball, and is never afraid to kick someone in the head for crossing her. She has a particular soft spot for foals, and is often found near them... just watching. She possess a strong hatred for the Darks, though also a little fear (though She'll Never admit it) She has a tough exterior, and is always calm and cool, though she might be panicing you wouldn't know it.
History:Born and raised a good filly, She grew up oblivious and thought that she would do whatever she liked, whenever she liked. Rambunctious and wild she was always a wanderer. Her "family" consisted of her father's small herd, four mares, and the foals whenever they happened to be born. Lyra, and another named Mira were born about the same time, and became friends, almost sisters. Another would be added to thier little herd, Malu a colt would be born some two months after the fillies, and would soon tag along. The three were often together, and grew up close. At about a year, Lyra and Malu had gone exploring, leaving Mira behind . When they would return. Mira would be gone, captured and possiblt killed, along with the other members of the herd, save the oldest mare, Malu's Mother, who now lay dead. Because of the size of this herd, it's members were close, and Malu upset by the death of his mother, flew into a rage and drove his foalhood friend off. Lyra left quickly leaving the life she had known up until that point behind her.
Lyra would mostly wander, keeping away from the company of others,though perhaps company is what she needs most

Philyra is the name of the greek goddess of beauty,writing,healing, and she is rumored to be the goddess of paper. So thats the reasoning behind her name. Picture coming, I've got to find the right one.
